That's because bizarro on Injustice universe is dead. He killed by Doomsday on Injustice 1 while fighting with superman. Doomsday is controlled by lex luthor who's that time with joined the regime and had to do what superman say. But they (doomsday) killed bizarro by accident. Superman wanted him alive so they know where's he coming from. That said, Bizarro is dead and Superman brought him to luthor and ask him to resurrect him. So, maybe Luthor change the way Bizarro speak and think. So they could understand him because they didn't before and it costed many live
