True, there are those who outclass him in certain areas, like Flash being faster than him. And yes, people who use magic can stand up to him. However, Supes has been shown to have incredible durability- holding a miniature black hole with one hand, tanked the force of multiple supernovas- the list goes on. People with reality-warping abilities can take him out, I won't deny that. However, they’d need the time to actually USE said abilities- time that he’s NOT going to give them, especially not mid-fight. Thanos I'll give you since he can take a hit, but if he wanted to, Supes could kill both Zatanna AND Scarlet Witch with one punch, before they get to utter a single word. Remember, they're both not much more durable than the average human. Hell, if Thanos got hit with the Infinite Mass Punch, (if the name isn't an exaggeration) he'd get one-shot, too. Force=Mass×Acceleration. At infinite mass? ANY MOVEMENT WOULD MEAN INFINITE FORCE. Infinite force behind any attack would equal infinite damage, so long as they're suceptible to that form of attack AT ALL.

Actually there is a ability for damian in injustice named "Staff of grayson". You can change in a battle from sword to electric Stick.

it's because doomsday used his ability which prevents him from getting knocked down thus preventing nightwing from doing his combos, also doomsday can counter easily when his ability is activated. He probably didn't gave doomsday the chance to activate his ability in previous fights.
