Ink Smooshing with Lindy's Magical Powders

Hello my crafty friends. In today's card making video tutorial, I'm creating with a pile of Simon Says Stamp dies and stamps and Lindy's Magical Powders. Using the Ink Smooshing Technique, I create these organic looking mushrooms, leaves, bird and dragonfly to embellish these pretty cards.

Beautiful, inspired me to get out my powders on this rainy day. Do you have a way to “set” the color once you have created the backgrounds? My powders seem to rub off if I make the paper first and then die cut items from the paper.

Hi Ellen. Thank you and have fun with it. If I find the color is rubbing off, I usually spray it with a cheap hair spray and let it dry

How much do these powders stain the skin on your fingers? How do you get it off?

they stain a bit but if you wash your hands with shampoo it comes out no problem
