Oh I really enjoyed this. I know most of the places you mentioned as I live in Scotland. Haven’t been to John O’groats though. I’m sorry about the awful weather you encountered as it would have been such a different experience if the sun had been shining. Your sketchbook is amazing. Full of beautiful vibrant drawings and memories. Thank you for posting x

Great sketchbook and sketches! I was on Calton Hill that day sketching with the Draw on Tour group when you were chatting to my friends 😊 isn’t it great how we unite through a mutual passion for sketching?! 😄

Brilliant! I'm Scottish and spent many years on Isle of Lewis, so I totally sympathise re the weather. You got lovely sketches despite it! (Incidentally I've played my bagpipes at Ardvreck Castle). Super video, lovely artwork!!

Hi Taria! I love all your sketch books and drawings, and this one is no exception. The way you draw and paint, the way you talk about your drawings and experiences are very inspiring! I fell in love with urban sketching a few years ago, tryed to practice a bit at home, with pictures of houses and old doors from the internet, and my friends and family liked what I did and encouraged me to continue, but I don't have time to do it on site , or practice more , so I am not evolving like I wanted ... Anyway, if you como to Portugal one day, I would love to participate, even though I'm not a true urban sketcher, is that ok? I wish you all the best!
