Did you check the accuracy? I've found my Inkbird controllers differ from my SS controller

I did 🫣 This one seems to be on par with other temperature measuring devices i have in the brewery. For its purpose, a half a degree + or - isn't really an issue. Having said that, I do not trust inkbird to fermentation control............

@@PortlyGentleman I don't trust them for fermentation either, but had no choice this last time since my SS Brewtech controller I used with their pump in my glycol chiller crapped out, leaving me with two Inkbirds to try and control both heating and cooling for the same fermentation. I had to find another pump for the glycol chamber and that has not been seamless. But need to get it figured out to cold crash
