INKBIRD ITC 308 WIFI Cold Side Operation

Hey! I have one of those too. I've used it for two brews now. Great product. Make sure you are you compressor timer to 3 minutes so you won't burn out up of it's connected to the small freezer. Put that thing in an insulated book and call it your ferm chamber. I used it to cold crash my hefeweizen while we were at NHC. Great product. Cheers!

I would put the probe right in the middle. Temperature won't be the same in all four corners. However, by placing the probe closer to the door, the temperature will be affected every time you open the door.

Nice one SJ, yeah i agree. the InkBird ITC 308 is a real game-changer, Just in the process of hooking mine up. Just need a heat-pad. cheers mate.

Would this force cool a wine cooler to drop below 55 degrees? And does the inkbird automatically override the unit’s temperature sensor and force activate the compressor to the setting you program?

InkBirds are great products. Don't ahve the WiFi version. That would be interesting. Can you make monitor the temp and adjust it with a phone app? I guess that mean yes.. pretty sweet.
