Great video thanks. I actually only needed to disconnect the speaker on the front doors & used a low table to support the door trim. Didn’t need to disconnect anything for the back doors 😊

Great video dude! Only add I have is to be sure the cable attached to the handle is reset - I put the panel back on and noticed that my handle didn’t have tension - had to take off panel again and put the cable in the eyelet

The best way to solve this problem is to do what I did what I did was the following I went online. I look for an E 90 M3 interior four-door and the door handles are not plastic leather wrapped handles that are not sticky or break up on you.

That you have to drill it is absolute bogus. But that they used the same crapy plastics in the next gen F30 is mindblowing 😅. I love BMW but thats just dumb. I did it though. Thanks for the vid

I noticed when I finished the lock stick is protruding from the top of the top - when all the rest of the door sticks are flush when locked

You're going to want to just replace the handle like i did. You can't just clean it off unless you just want to make it worse.
