No cutout, just tilt back. My God that is a killer feature. But due to price battery and adjustment issue... No.1 wheel is still Sherman-S. Great vids Ronin

Love the v13 release. I got the s22 fixed it up now its a good wheel but for sure gonna buy the newest wheel inmotion comes out within the next 3 years when I want a new wheel

Cant say I agree with all of your findings but I will say I fully enjoyed the Cantonese music/singing as you cruise thru Columbus Pk (I assume). Best moment for me. I will also say that the v13 is 52mph maxed gps as the onboard speedometer is 6-10% off. Other than that, the v13 isnt for me but I get how others would like it. Good stuff

nice review, i agree that if you use softer pedals riding top speed is a bit more difficult and sketchy but i don't like that they should limit you.

Great review Ronin - just curious about the color - wouldn't that be an easy fix by simply removing the two brackets and then paint them whatever color you'd like? .... the rim might be a different story .... until it's tire change time. Just a thought.

Sure would like to receive the V13 that I ordered back in August from ewheels. They are passing them along to everyone who vlogs but can't get them to their paying customers. 6 months on a waiting list and waiting while others get to use the V13 is asking alot of your customers.
