I don't own an EUC but I'm becoming a repair master watching these videos. I was going to buy the Falcon but now I'm back to wanting the V14. It looks so easy to work on.

Hahaha, V14 is super easy to work on. Still has room for improvement - but one of the easiest.

Thanks for the upload, always a treat watching these videos :) EUC manufacturers should really take note of Inmotion V14 setup here, with how easy a tyre change, and repair in general is. This should be standard going forward. And that groove in the rim is awesome!

the v14 seems like a really great wheel, good ip rating, good torque, good suspension, good stock pads, okay-ish battery, okay price and now I see it is super easy to disassemble, my only issue with it is the top speed, I'd feel more comfortable with a bigger safety margin but other than that, I regret getting the v11y as my starter wheel haha, I've already been looking at the v14 after my first 50 km :/

I don't think it's needed, plus you can't find a decent sized connector capable of high current. Connector = resistance = heat generation. Point of weakness.

@@2cells1pack Great content! I am a V14 owner but it is my first EUC. I would love to know about the settings in the app and suspension settings. Also, one more question. When I am riding and look down at my tire, it is not perfectly straight. I see a slight wobble. Is this normal?
@GroinsNZ5 ай бұрын
@@pbuehner A slight wobble can just be the tire not being mounted straight on the rim. Firstly, is it inflated enough? A rim without much of a lip in combination with a tire lacking a stiff, well-defined bead, might promote such a thing. To check it's mounted straight on the rim, or not... on each side of the wheel, check the distance between the edge of the rim and the line on the tire wall, ensuring the distance between the two is consistent around the circumference. There is usually a marking/line on the tire a small distance from the rim edge. It can be seen in his video on the tire and looks to be .5cm from rim edge. If the gap changes during rotation then the tire isn't sitting on the rim straight. That being the case, you might need to deflate the tire a little and attempt to manipulate it so as to make sure that gap between rim and line on the tire is consistent throughout the circumference. Pushing down on the edge of the tread toward the rim on one side will close the gap in that area theoretically, but, may also widen the gap on the other side which is probably what is needed because typically the gap is wide on one side and narrow on the other. Sometimes, bouncing the wheel on the ground can achieve the same result but then, this isn't s bicycle wheel so maybe don't try that. The gap should be consistent/even for the whole circumference as well as being the same spacing on left and right sides i.e. both sides having an even .5cm gap, not 1.5cm one side and .5cm the other. That is the simplest explanation for a slight wobble. It could also be the tire molding (you'd expect to hear multiple reports if that were the case) and less likely, the rim has a slight bend in it - perhaps if you'd been doing some exciting jumps and bottoming out the suspension.
@peterbuehner29445 ай бұрын
@@GroinsNZ Thank you so much for such a detailed reply. I haven't done any wild jumps but I have crashed a few times. : ) The tire looked like this when it arrived so I will try the deflate and straighten technique. I have been running it at about 30psi so I don't think that it is underinflated. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

@2cells1pack LOL. All kidding aside, you produce really great content. I assumed you have a network of EUC friends, colleagues, and enthusiasts that you tap into for all of the wheels seen in your videos. My apologies if that's not true. I'm not sure, but I don't think I've ever seen an influencer share much behind the scenes material, such as, who we are, why we share content, or just how hard it is to do (often the viewer doesn't know your story). Again, I appreciate you, and I apologize if I came across as flippant or disrespectful. I hope you never stop producing content. It's outstanding. Be well.

Indeed a very promising step in the right direction IM is going with the ease of accessibility and parts integration here - but man, I need them to bring back their smaller and lighter wheels in this updated form. With begode's mten5 release inevitably soon, I would love if IM figures out a way to utilize their RS scooter wheel and make an 11" raptor controller EUC..

as a BEGODE fan boi i'm very disappointed with INMOTION. There marketing skills failed to inform me. Top features of the V14 I did not know & BEGODE kiddy should know. 1) Suspension Geometry is correct. 2) Rim has Deep groove for tool-less tyre removal. 3) Battery connectors are waterproof, automotive grade. 4) Batteries are cold. aka BMS wakes up battery when connected to mainboard. no spark. SAFE 5) Batteries are 128V each. Wheel will work an 1 pack. 5.5) if Batteries are different voltages it will self balance. 6) Motor bolts don't have a spacer shim that is a pain in to align, Every BEGODE kid knows this. 8) Get what you pay for. Excellent video. This wheel is a step ahead.
