My younger self wanted quality time with my father. She wanted to feel the warmth of a hug from her father and the protection. I wish her father would have protected her and been there for her, took a stand for her.

I’ve done meditations where I meet with a younger version of myself before so it surprised me that I still saw and learned new things about myself and what I was missing and how great and moving it felt to provide that to my younger me. I felt it deeply inside. The craziest thing was, it was just a hug that I wanted. Thank you!

Not sure why, got so emotional when i had to take her back home. Like, i knew she wanted to be treated better, more deserving of love and happiness. It kinda felt hard to let go. Knowing what she is gonna go back to.

When you take her back home, realize you can heal her so it never has to go back to the way it was before
