I've just recently started to understand some of the ways in which things I experienced in my childhood affected some aspects of my adult life, especially with regard to my relationship with food. I've discovered that my inner child has a lot to say about what it wants, and that I need to understand and acknowledge those desires in order to be able to make choices that are truly healthy for me. This session was extremely helpful with that. Thank you so much!

My inner child is fine, it's my outer adult that's wounded! Seriously, these sessions are always so relaxing and it helps after a demanding week. I also particularly like guided meditations. They add a narrative dimension to the session which I feel increases insight and understanding.

I'm feeling so much better already, I was feeling out of sorts today in addition to an oven that's out of order I discovered I have a leaking water heater luckily it has a pan under it with a drain but the two are going to wipe me out. I feel the opposite of neglected when I hear your voice and you use your Reiki Symbols, feeling grounded now, feeling cared for, thanks Anna. ❤️

Needed this. Been stressed about my parents who live in Florida. They lost part of their roof...think new skylight. Today, the finally got power after 10 days. The power trucks ran over the water main so now without water. Yay power though.
