Healing the inner child is such an important aspect of healing parts of your shadow. Think about when your worthiness is tied to someone or something else: what would you be willing to do to get that person or thing back into your life in order to feel worthy? The key to feeling worthy within YOURSELF is to heal, love and nurture the inner child that was once hurt and traumatized.

Healing empath/former anxious lover here. This really resonates with me. I had an emotionally abusive family and an ambivalent father who never filled me in on what he was thinking. In July I was crushed by an avoidant guy and it broke me so much that It kicked off a spiritual awakening. I’ve spent months healing my inner child and trying to understand his behavior. Hearing you speak about “walls” from a healed perspective is giving me so much insight and is helping me to forgive him. Thank you for popping up in my field of vision. I suspect I was supposed to pop into yours too. Beautiful symbiosis!

Holy smokes, after listening Ii realized that for a long time I was neglecting myself, my sister said that I used to be more fun when I was younger. At first I thought oh its a story she told herself - FALSE. I was telling this story to myself for years now, it's time for a change. Awesome podcast, I'd love to listen to you talk more about healing the inner child, Aaron. Much love

I have such a hard time enjoying myself, letting loose, be playful… There’s so much seriousness and tension in me, but in reality I have such a good sense of humor and I’m fun to be around when I feel comfortable. People do not often see that side of me. They do not know me at all. I have so much anxiety in me that it’s hard for me to relax. I was f up when I was a child. Actually I feel like I didn’t have a childhood at all. I relate with all what you’re saying. I would like to be finally free of this bs and finally start to live. I feel like I do not live at all, like life is just passing me by.

My mom would withhold love if I was 'bad'. The only time I was told I love you, or introduced to someone, is if, I was, 'good'. I thought when I became aware that she was doing this, that I had healed my inner child. On her death bed she didn't acknowledge to the nurses that she had a daughter because she was mad at me. At first it really hurt. But, 3 yrs, later, watching this, I realize, being aware, was only the start. I need to heal the wound.

I have watch this video before and as they say..when the student is ready the teacher shows up...just in the past few days thru my astrology reading that I had done in July and relistened a few days ago..my inner child has been hidden. I love when you said "I have already worked on this". I have learned the more layers shed the more we get to truth of our wounds. As always perfect timing. Thank you Aaron for your pure truth, honesty, vulnerability and the depth of your own journey that teaches soo much..my 🦋 has emerged. She is so playful, she lets the wind blow and feels it deeply, she is free of the coats shes been wearing for a long time, she has so much love in her heart, so much light she showers others with, in total AWE OF LIFE. In your Inner Child meditation for even a few days.. I meet her🥰 Thank you!! You rock soul brother!

I relate so much to this. I was pretty much a child slave until I was 15, and even then life never got better like I prayed it would. If it wasn't intense outside work with the garden the size of a typical house and the massive yard, then it was slaving to keep the house spotless. I didn't have a childhood, except for 5 days a year- I had to work my ass off to be able to go to church camp those 5 days. My grandmother was the aggressive abuser, along with family members who wanted to stay on her good side. My mom was also a victim, but also abusive in her own way. From her was more toxic in passive aggressiveness, emotionally abandoning me, and putting ideas in my head that kept me untrusting of others. It has been a theme from her my whole life. I never really had my mom when I needed her and if she did show any support, it was always in a toxic way. As a consequence, I've been hyper independent and always take care of myself and less likely to accept help, while also not feeling worthy of healthy relationships and abundance, and attracting narcissistic partners. I am working so hard to heal my inner child, so I can truly love myself and be the best mom to my son, and to welcome in the Divine love the Universe has in store for me.

Dude , your stories and your tube about inner child are really helping me and make clear everything about my life when I grow up. I never talked this to anyone about my childhood and I know I have problem with closed with someone and trust issues. Your talks are better than any physiologist that try to solve my issues , but only your talks are make sense for me -“ I do understand now about how effect the child trauma with our relationship “ I take as positive way about my child trauma as part of my life to be strong as a person and I am trying for not pushed away people because I do not realise how I was angry with my inner child until I do understand your talks. Honestly I wish can give you hug how I appreciate you help me to understand about me.

00..00 Intro Doing that child work, shadow work is truly transfsormatioal. It's amazing how you really feel a weigh lift off your shoulders when you shed a light on it and then let it go. 01:25 Decision to make daily videos on KZbin to grow an audience radically changed your life. I see it with clients I do integrate regression work, usually there are things that go back to conception to 7 years of age, sometimes we find it's not even in their life time it goes back two three generations or even other life times. Yes the key to every thing is inside of us. Parent pleasing that is distorted and a parent requires perfection and is always punitive is also a common issue especially with an abusive parent and sometimes an abusive parent doesn't even know they are abusive. You as the adult have to do the inner work to reconcile all of this because your parent may have even been abusive and still if you are a sensitive child you can still be wounded. It's all about how we as a child felt, interpreted it and what meaning we gave it. And how it was stored in our body and memory. 8 hours of yard work in Vegas! That's inhumane, how did your step mom do that to you? It was scorching hot. Holy Cow, I can't imagine what you went through. Any work after that would seem like a piece of cake in contrast. Manipulation became your survival mechanism. The fact that you recognize it is huge. Having more fun is a powerful state of creating. Beware of sarcasm, because this is an energy that cuts into the flesh, it's a coping mechanism as well. Words are powerful, it's how we create, and create destruction too, it's indiscriminate. So be careful with Sarcasm. I used to be sarcastic in my teens and I became aware of the power of words when I was in college and it took me over a year to completely purge it. Sarcasm is often times used dovetailed with humor to say things we normally wouldn't have th courage to say. Expression of your true self safely is paramount. :15:09Love Attachment styles. Anxious leans in and craves love and validation, somebody that is more needy. Once I get that validation....Gives love but has need to control because it means certainty. 14:40 Avoidants have issue with trusting due to abuse, sexual or emotional trauma. Have a fear or intimacy. Attact unavailable women or men. Intellectually they want the love but don't think they can trust it."if I trust I might get hurt". 16:10 Secures are good. They were brought up in a balanced way. They don't have issues with breaking trust or feeling nurtured. 18:08 Trauma RELEASE exercises OBTW Aaron, know that you can command your brain's superconsciousness to release all past trauma from the body and in a just a few minutes it can all be released. This is because the subconscious mind has recorded everything so it knows exactly what you need to heal and release. I see it with my private clients. For your viewers as they watch this if anything resonates it may behoove them to do some of the imediations you have and set the intention to let it go. In some cases they might need a healer to help them like myself that can take you through guided processes. Some can be done in 15 minutes, some 3 minutes, and others may take an hour. Self mastery is the most empowering work we will ever do and at it's root is LOVE. LOVE is the answer and it's all about self Love and Unconditional Love felt in an open heart to manifest in heart and brain coherence. 23:00 Sharing with Victor Otto - Shedding victim mentality "you don't know what I've gone through", others and your viewers is what is empowering you, you are stepping back into your power. That vulnerability is strengthening the muscle of trusting again. Check out the Lewis Holmes with Wim Hoff video and Matthew Hussey all those men many for the first time opened up and shared their stories and truth and you witness their transformation, you feel the transformation. When you did your interview with Brian Scott, the same thing. As a Clinical Neuro Somatic an Integrative Technologies intuitive healer I see this often. This is a cathartic eperience and most don't know it can be expedited in private sessions and daily you have to do the inner self mastery game which is EXACTLY what you are doing, What I am doing. It's a practice and a way of living and seeing life. 24:45 Meditation for Inner Child heal and release. Hello. Your message is very helpful. I totally agree on the sarcasm thing. At age ten I thought sarcasm was my middle name...but it was obviously due to trauma. I was my mother’s therapist and had to hear graphic descriptions on things to do with miscarriage, my fathers erectile dysfunction and being told rape was normal from when before I knew about the bees and the birds. I was forbidden so many normal things kid my age had. I was taught that little girls who get touched inappropriately were asking for it and my own mother taught me misogyny. Or hating other women. My mother was creepy. When I read or watch the movie Carrie by Steven king I wonder how I am still alive today. The mother in the film is just like my own. Teaching a daughter to shame her body and that women are cursed according to the Old Testament...on women being forced to crawl on their bellies in agony for leaving the garden of eden. I have learnt shadow work and inner child work is crucial combined. I wish I had the money for courses or healing from somebody like you. In fact if you could recommend what books I should read to heal fully....I would be so grateful I came to this video after watching Aaron’s video on getting a million subscribers and that deep need to feel worthy and important on KZbin or in any job I undertake... Not realising that it’s the deep wanting and needing the validation I never got from either of my parents. If I was “naughty” I was ignored for days at a time. My childhood upbringing feels like Voldemort’s as a child. My earliest memories are that of being in silence in my room My mother deciddd when I was 4 years old...screaming in my ears that she would never read a story to me because I didn’t look interested. I have high functioning autism and looking interested and direct eye contact as a small child was rare. I remember the pattern of the carpets more than the faces of people. I had to look away to processs what was being said or read to me. I’m anxious but people think I’m avoidant and that I’m not interested in intimacy. I crave human touch so badly and I haven’t had a good hug in what feels like months or even a whole year! Every man I meet thinks I am clingy so I stop asking for anything after a while God I wish I was allowed a pet.

@@Accidental_Warrior Accidentally Warrior you have definitely suffered at the hand of unconscious parents and most people have parents who are unconsciously causing us harm. No one can escape it and it manifests in different forms. You said you'd like me to recommend a book and so I recommend Becoming Supernatural By Dr. Joe Dispenza and I do a read review his book as well as give you the shorts cuts I discovered and wished someone would have told me while I was learning to meditate and heal myself. Here's is the link to the whole book all 14 chapters and the afterward kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4G3Y6SwiMyVkLs. Also I suggest you keep focusing on what you want. As for the hugging is concerned, a lot of people are suffering of lack of touch and hugs during this pandemic. What has helped me is before I go to bed I visualize and I also give myself a hug as I imagine the Love of my life hugging me as I smile and tell them how they are a wonderful hugger. Believe it or not I feel better. Do you feel pain somewhere in your body? Can you point to it? If so you can relink and re-sync the right and left hemispheres of the brain with the neuro health reset. Hey, is it possible to be both anxious and avoidant? I mean, in my whole life i felt like i had avoidant attachment style. I always pushed away people who tried to give some kind of love or attention. Even in the beginning of my last relationship i was soo avoidant, couldnt trust, had anxiety all the time because i wanted to be open and vulnerable but i just couldnt. But at one point i finally started to trust my partner and the energy dynamic has changed completely.... Ive become really jealous, controlling such as a person with anxious attachment style. I feel like i have both of there styles but not at the same time. Or this could change?
