INNER CIRCLE Talks Jacob Miller, Gregory Isaacs, Bob Marley, 'Bad Boys', Byron Lee, Reggae Music

While we were in Miami, we had the opportunity to catch up with the legendary, Grammy award-winning band INNER CIRCLE. During our conversation, Inner Circle shared stories about growing up in Mona Heights and how they were introduced to bands as children. They spoke about being inspired by Byron Lee, their journey to becoming musicians, and their experience playing in studio sessions for many great artists, including Bob Marley, Eric Donaldson, and Israel Vibration. Inner Circle also reminisced about how they connected with the late Jacob Miller, sharing anecdotes about his jovial personality. They recounted their experience playing at Bob Marley's One Love Peace Concert and told hilarious stories about Gregory Isaacs. Additionally, they discussed their massive hit "Bad Boys" and how it ended up being featured on the TV show Cops. Inner Circle also shared their thoughts on the current state of modern Reggae and Dancehall.

Inner Circle is one of the BIGGEST and GREATEST reggae bands out of Jamaica, and the entire world! If you want to know just how wiked these musicians are, just listen to "Discipline Child" and "A Chapter a Day" by Jocob Miller/Inner Circle. And you can even check out "Delilah"...which if I remembered correctly was number one on the charts when Jacob Miller had the accident and passed away. May his soul rest in power with the ancestors. Just listen to the instrumentals into those 3 songs I named above. WIKED!...and SWEET!

I agree with you about John Holt. His voice is like a symphony. He is one of the BEST out of Jamaica🇯🇲. Similarly Ken Boothe. He and John Holt don't really needs a backing band. Their voices are like a natural symphony
