I’ve been living every part of this book teachings since 2017!when I started meditating daily and listening to Abraham hicks daily and applying their teachings. This book is a jewel and 100% accurate in every way. Great work. Keep up this amazing channel productions. Except seeking therapy; I found that alignment is all you need (meditation, focusing on positive only and ignoring negative emotions). Speaking to a therapist will force you to speak about the past which in return will activate emotions and vibrations correlated to the past and you will be back to square 1.
