Inner Reconciliation, EFT and even meditation are still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting these and things like it, we cannot claim that it is risk free. That said, after many years of practice, I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos or any of the techniques presented in them. However, different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that cannot be addressed in these video.

Is there a difference between allowing and tolerating?.

TheBoots72 Tolerating has nothing to do with allowing. It is simply waiting for things to change and enduring the state of resistance until the circumstances change. Allowing is surrender to the moment with no thought of changing, fixing or transcending. Same goes for resignation. Just more subtle forms of resistance.
