I have started using this as background music when I am teaching... a lot of teachers use calming music which is also good, but this is the right level of calm and motivation for my students. The kids are intrigued by the skills being presented in the video (thank you for the epilepsy warning so I can take that into consideration). If my lesson is not going to plan, we make the music the focus and just dance! As far as I can hear (no closed caption available) it is appropriate for students if you do not dig too deep into the lyrics, although I appreciate them. For example, my kids hear "that's in my goals" not ghost. Works so well! Thanks, Elderbrook!
