The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “111Hz divine frequency” is said to be a “holy” frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres of consciousness. It’s past 3 am and I’m up scared quite truthfully. I’ve been trying to have my own spiritual awakening and I’ve been going through things no one would believe if I uttered them. I’m praying for peace and spiritual safety so I can no longer get messed with. My path has been so unsure. I know it’s a year later, but the beginning of it for me was the scariest. It’s the fact it’s an unknown journey, unknown feelings and sensations. You wake up consciously in a way you’re not used to. It’s uncomfortable and it can be scary. As you move along your path you learn to develop this sense of trust not just in spirit and the universe (or God if you go that route) but also within yourself. It becomes much easier to feel more accustomed to the new feelings and sensations, you learn to embrace them. It’s just the initial “waking up” that can be a bit mind boggling. For some it only takes a few months to get used to, for others it may take a couple of years. Just take it at your own pace. Most importantly, stay grounded.

Another Maisy (my cat 😊) and me moment... Thank you 💞 I suffer from chronic pain and other conditions and she's still young... She's my companion and when I'm not good and she's restless, especially at 4am like it is now. It's good to have something we both love and can at least relax to. I mean, I'm laying here with a "cat beard" coz she's right up under my chin, on my chest 😅 but she's out cold! I couldn't get her to settle and being in pain makes that more of a challenge. I put this on, she stopped, looked at the screen for maybe 5sec, waiting for a little noise to suss it out... Then it was almost like "Oh yep, ok" **plonk** and she's been in this position ever since (and so have I 😅). So thank you, it's lovely to have something we can bond over but also, because I get sensory overload, especially before and during my pain episodes... Your music blends so seamlessly with the atmosphere that it keeps my mind focused (ADHD) enough that I can calm and relax even though I'm really in pain. As you meditate you can choose to breath in the calm and healing energy to your minds eye, then breath out the love for all things as you are one with all things in that moment. As you do this don't desire to go anywhere, do anything, be anything, or see everything projecting yourself. You are are already one with all life and the eternity it flows through. Let being the conduit of that love of and oneness with everything be your purpose as you meditate. Choose not to move to move mountains. There is no need, they like all things are already apart of us. We all come from the same place and we all go back.
