Here's some bit of advice i have for anyone. 1) Define specifically what you want, the ideal scene, 2) Expand your scene with details, 3) Write it down, writing it down changes everything 4) dream building (go look at it, touch it, feel it, make contact), 5) see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as you would when you've attained it, 6) something you can attain within 6 months to a year, create momentum, 7) write down an objective or goal for 1-3 months, 8) what action step can you take tomorrow, 9) weekly chart or graph your progress One Love😎

I just went somewhere, my thoughts went out of bounds now and again but I became more aware and prevented escalating them. Then these beautiful people appeared and I began to think because I must have put them in my head but i don’t think I did, they just appeared. They are calm and encouraging but silent. I just want to say THANK you. I woke up last night from a nightmare and was scared to go back to sleep. I actually came across this page by accident…I wanted to go back to sleep and was trying to find ASMR or something. May your treatments go well. There are many binaural beats for pain relief and healing, for relieving nausea and stomach pain, for sleep and calm and luck. Chemotherapy and radiation treatments are very effective but also very intense. Focus on finding your bio feedback and ideal breathing pace, count to 5 on the in breath and count to 5 on the out breath (or 6 if that feels more comfortable. Find your number and you’ll breathe easier and more calmly). I wish peace and healing on your journey.

Thank you all for the good wishes. I had to get used to the thick wavy vibrations in this sound. Once I had relaxed into it I imagined swimming with dolphins through and with the sound waves in slow motion. I'm new to meditation so this really helped me calm my mind.
