Wes Anderson is my absolute favorite director. His movies are precise, exact, beautiful attention to detail. I hope to meet him someday. He's seriously a genius.

Has someone noticed The Society of Crossed Keys logo on the interviewer's suit This is just the time when Wes would be preparing for The Grand Budapest Hotel Maybe he took inspiration from here

The interviewer kind of reminds me of Derik Savage, if anyone knows what I’m talking about.

"(My movies) are made from scratch - they're not adapted from anything." Bro your movies are made from everything. Moonrise Kingdom is at least 5% Pierrot le Fou.

Dumbass, he's a director. Every scene is original and made from his mind, are you this thick headed? Jesus
@naovaidurar5 жыл бұрын
He means they're not literal adaptations from an entire piece of literature or movie. Of course he's influenced by other directors and writers that came before, who the fuck doesn't? That doesn't remove the originality and the fact that the stories he creates are made from scratch.

There is no such thing as an entirely original idea.
