I know the whole story behind this... it's the ending of Immoral Sisters ~ Damaged Wings Dyed in Scarlet. At this point, after Remilia and Flandre, ahem, do stuff together, Flandre completely snaps and tries to kill Remilia, who tries to fight her off and knock some sense into her in an "I Know You're In There Somewhere" fight. Remilia has Flandre pinned down, but she's weakened, and Flandre rips Remilia's wings off with her own crystal wings, hence the album title. Flandre has just killed the one she loves, and it's then that she comes back to her senses and realizes what she has done, plunging her into despair... I almost cried listening to this song for the first time. Truly, Immoral Sisters ~ Damaged Wings Dyed in Scarlet is Innocent Key's masterpiece.
