Touma may be more OP than Accelerator, but that does not mean that he is a flat, basic and boring character, all his fights are the same: he tells the villain a sermon and then defeats him with all the talk, all the fights in all three seasons is the same. On the other hand, let's see Accelerator who has the most epic fights of the series with his rages and uncontrols, the people with whom Accelerator relates are even better, Accelerator basically throughout the series has had a great development, he went from being a villain to be a hero to protect the people he loves (even if he doesn't show it). This may all sound like a fan, but it's the truth.
