How to initiate relearning on idle speed? My Honda crv idle speed is high, on the innova 5610 rs.

Do you have to pay every year in order for this OBD reader to work ? If you dont pay does that still work ? Do you need to have internet to used it ? If you don't updates does that still work without updates ? Out from the box can you used it without wifi or internet ? Can this scan for Fuel Pressure ? And can this scan for compression test ? Is this a Complete diagnostic Scan tools ?does it Scan from 1996 cars going up ? How about Toyota Camry 2001 2.2 Liter 4 Cyl or Buick Park Ave 2003 3.8 Liter does it Scan these cars ? Does this scan for battery ignition parameters ? Does it Scan for a bad head gaskets ? Is this the latest version 2024 ? Can you use a wifi of your phone to scan live data .? What about the Updates can you used a wifi ?

You do not have to pay yearly for the scan tool to work. You don’t need Internet to use it. It should come out of the box supporting everything up to 2023, but you can always connected to the computer and update the firmware for free. It will scan every thing that can be measured by a sensor or electrical value. You will not be able to scan for a bad head gasket that can only be done by a mechanic
