Using MT100 Bobcat to Prep a Driveway

Is there a difference between new construction prep and grading then existing grading and prep?

Well the way that we prep new construction driveways is base on existing dirt/grade that they had brought from dirt pad for house foundation. Normally its 1/8 inch slope per foot or 1% slope But sometimes we need to drope slope more, that depending on grade of the existing yard of the property

I am planning to purchase Vermeer 925 or Bobcat MT100, which one is better? Which one is more powerful? Which is more suitable for digging soil?

Well the MT 100 is good for small projects I we love our machine it’s powerful for its size but if looking to move tons of dirt I would recommend look in to a regular size skid steer
