Don't you just LOVE THAT type of beat which makes your body rock . Man , they got that grove going . I just wonder what I'll hear & see in the next year's . I plan to be 150 years old - mid - grade - aged whiskey . I drank so much in Vietnam and after that I could be a specimen jar . La música de Nick Waterhouse suena refrescante en su tercer álbum, "Never Twice", le lleva del puro R&B, al jazz o al soul, hasta alcanzar temas incendiarios como "Katchi" en el que colabora como cantante Leon Bridges. Después del aparente éxito de su anterior trabajo, "Holly", que le llevó durante un año a dar conciertos por todo el mundo con excelentes críticas, el californiano se dio cuenta de que estaba en la ruina. Tuvo que dejar su piso e irse a dormir a casas de amigos y en el coche. De aquella experiencia nace "Never twice" el disco que presenta de gira hoy en Barcelona y mañana en Madrid, junto con seis músicos que le acompaña sobre el escenario. Un pequeño golpe de suerte le ayudó a reflotar su economía, una marca de coches de lujo eligió una de sus canciones para un anuncio de televisión. Así ha podido recomponer su vida para crear un disco enérgico de rock con aires de clásico. "Never twice" o lo que es lo mismo "Nunca dos veces". Música independiente novedades.
