Innsbruck is at the bottom of Austrian Alps so weather should be pleasant till August end. You can expect a bit chilly in September but it should not be a major issue. Of course do check the weather online to be prepared.

Innsbruck is a small town .. you can easily park at a convenient place and walk or use public transport to move around the city. I have seen across Europe the parking costs are 5-6 euros per hour for cars
