I disagree. There's a difference between a harsh and efficient medical procedure and careful probing with an instrument designed to go there for that, and enough lube. I'll admit that it might not be most people's thing pleasure-wise, but if it's painful, you should be more careful, use more lube, and/or use a smaller instrument. Or maybe you're going too deep. You're not meant to go as far as a catheter would. The main target is halfway between that and the base, and it's the same target that backdoor operations aim for. Why did I write so much youtube friendly euphemistical text about this of all things.
