It's usually done ironically by UK artists whereas American battlers are usually being more serious. I'm not saying some UK battlers don't do it seriously but it's usually taken tongue in cheek as I guess guns are less prevalent in the UK and it's deemed to be ridiculous for UK battlers to claim they use them.

That was a fuckin' shame. Innuendo was up on the first two rounds. Going into the last round, I was thinking he'd really have to fuck up to lose. He started with a mint flip in the 3rd, but went to shit after that. Youthoracle's angles were pretty obvious. I preferred Innuendo's daft puns. Good battle, but both MCs can do better.

youthoracle definitely wasn't as strong as usual, wasn't overwhelmed by any bars really, so slightly disappointed on that behalf. innuendo started off well, but then the couple of slip-ups made him lose momentum and lose the crowd, as after one choke everyones kinda on edge and got on their mind that its gonna happen again. good battle though, youthoracle took last 2 rounds, lol @ my breakdown
