This is why sometimes i understand when some of my family members and other kenyans abroad decide to stay abroad not to come back to their motherland when they hear such stories. It's so inhuman. Well educated man giving out to society with bright promising future turned into nightmare. God will reveal himself coz NO stone shall remain unturned. Starting from prosecutors to judiciary whome gave the true justice a deaf ear. they should remember no one shall overcome the true justice of the most high God. Sometimes is so shameful to be a kenyan.

He asked Mark if he could take up a job at a canteen belonging to his boss at Kenyatta National Hospital. Mark declined and in turn called Andrew Muua Kimomo who accepted the offer. However, in order to be employed, at the canteen, Andrew Muua Kimomo [A5] had to get a health certificate at a cost of sh. 2400/=. Andrew had only sh. 1700/=. During the case, he claimed he was a casual labourer but even pertaining to that, KNH human resources officer denounced him as an imposter. With all that he have said, I can tell it's a fabricated story, anybody good at reading mind can tell that.. there are so many unanswered questions ..loose ends, like why was he the only one jailed even after showing the person who gave him the phone? Why would a whole neurosurgeon agree to buy a cheap second hand phone for his daughter who is in campus only at 1000 bob?? He was not able to tell clearly yule husband wa aunty ya morgue attendant got the phone from? Why would they reduce his jail term to 4yrs under what basis?? I highly doubt 101% that he is a doctor, a pathologist, a neurosurgeon or whatever jargons n titles he is using......This is just a petty thief suffering from mental incompetence and is in denial he should see a psychiatrist ..

Wooooiiii, ngai fafa. Why was the only one picked on? This doesn't need one to go to a law school, leave alone being a judge. God is the only unquestionable judge. I shed tears

As security Clement gave her a Nokia mobile model 1208 admitted in evidence as exhibit No. 1. Clement, however, did not commit when he would re-pay the loan. Two weeks later, her child fell sick. This story has too many holes. With all those people showing who sold the phone to whom, I would expect that all those, except the one who bought from the commander were released. Did this doctor have a lawyer? How KMPDU did not do it's best to prove that he was on duty. Doctors are known to protect one another. If there was somebody who had the muscle to fight against incarceration it's this guy.

@@martinmuruo I can write a CV like that too. If they were certs, I'd believe. And even those can come from River Road. I asked how so many people proved who sold the phone to whom and he was picked when he's so far down the line. I would also think a doctor would afford a good lawyer. Am also not moved by crowds. I go with evidence and his was not plausible.
