Thanks for this series of uploads, Guro Joe. Lots of excellent material here. One suggestion that I found useful for shadow boxing was to install a random number generator on my mobile device and use it to work three- and four-count combos. Stay healthy...

I can see Dennis’ reply in my notifications but not when I go to view it here. He’s asking why the 12 and not the 15 count, did I change it? Great question! Within Inosanto Kali we use several counts, the 12 & 15 are primary but there’s others as well such as the Illustrismo 12 count. Don’t worry too much about memorizing lists as much as what are the mechanics involved in these strikes. Hope everybody is well!
