To refresh our mind, UGs are taxing govt employees directly from office, major industries like sugar mill dmp, Tuli paper mill, tizit plywood factory and many others were shut down coz of extortions by undergrounders. They also collect forceful taxes from contractors, business persons, transporters, shopkeepers, contruction workers of our own houses. Mention to be made they also extort household tax from poor villagers. Demand letters are served to hospitals and schools and colleges. Nagas are feedup with all kinds taxation, if you are not related to UGs you will agree with me to condemp them.

Creating more confusion among the public wrt freedom movement. 4. Widening the Gap of public sympathy and support for naga cause. 5. Further splits among mafias (so called national workers) and thus creating more local mafias. 6. Making the public hate UGs. 7. Halting/disrupting developement activities(if any) 8.
