kinda late but just for power surge, the blue number is elemental dmg and the status dmg is the -40% accuracy and 50% of psi dmg for the enemy hit by surge.... Just focus on getting elemetal.

Covered если тебе дадут один хит скидывает баф, по факту разницы не особо много там 90 хп меньше падает тоже не работает, просто там ролл мода лучше выпал.
