The glowing gold is some weird bug or interaction with the fire cape item. For whatever reason its animation is linked to movespeed so it gets more and more particles the faster the person who has it gets. Ive seen the bug before woth tapdancer and other movement speed augments with that item

The formula is 1.2 + 0.02% of max hp, which equates to 2.1708 health healed per 10 distance travelled (before heal % shield power, but i dont think he had any). If we take a high average of 1.2K movement speed, that's still only 120 ticks of heals = 260.5 hp restored per second, so it'd take him more than 18 seconds of zooming around the map at mach 2 to get healed from 0 to full. Realistically, you could run around for a couple seconds, get 800-1K hp back, then continue fighting, but it doesn't sound too strong.

Uninstalled the game after they removed arena. I no lifed SR for a decade before this recent run of arena, but the game mode snapped me out of that. It was genuinely FUN and quick. I rarely got held hostage, and if I did I didn’t even care.
