INSANE Adventure Van Build - Full Bath, Fold Away Beds, Ford Transit AWD

I almost didn't watch because I thought being so small it had nothing new to teach me. Wow, I was wrong. This went straight into my favorite vans folder. I love the beds. My husband sleeps sitting up while I like to recline. This setup may work well for us.

I love it when you have Paul on your channel, Patrick. He designs the most creative vans. He utilizes every inch of space, he uses top quality material that will last a long time and not only is the van functional, it's also pleasing to the eyes. That bathroom is better quality than the one I have at home. He doesn't compromise on comfort & convenience. I am older & would love to travel (when I retire) around the country. Paul's vans would be perfect for that. Also, I can't wait to see all the unique things he puts in the van when I see you have him on, like the tray for transporting stuff, the bed that the head raises up. I could go on forever. I would love to see an off road build like this one in the size van as his original van.

Let's not mince words. Paul is an inspirational genius. His amazing broad spectrum skillset combines the talents of an architect, mechanical engineer, & more. He sources the finest components, and materials( 80/20 Aluminum extrusions,etc.) and artisan crafts an astoundingly versatile RV. George from HUMBLE ROAD( also in NJ, knocks out comparable gems. Like a yacht, if you have to ask the price of the best, you probably can't afford it. I bet the solar electrical components are all Victron and or Schneider. Beautiful! An intelligent and high end design. Paul has managed to make a luxury Swiss Knife van. That sliding floor!!! So great for cargo when you need it, large wood panels from the Depot, tools, piece of furniture, then it switches into bed mode, so smart. His 80/20 bed frames are stunning. I'd love to see a detailed video on those frames. Dumawall for bathroom is also a very good choice. There are two other choices from Lowes: Innovera by Palram and Palisades. All of them are a vinyl tile with foam core backing, totally waterproof and easy to caulk into place with adhesive in back. Fully waterproof, lightweight, comes in large tiles you cut with a blade. I would love to know how he waterproofed behind the Dumawall tiles. The bathroom was very NYC stylish and stunning. Excellent work! Look at that sliding kitchen counter too, so smart! OMG that bathroom is to die for. The rain shower head low head for feet and then the regular one oh my gosh and seems to be plenty of room. I absolutely love the pull-down screens. I don't care for those black magnetic that blow all over. Must have screens. I want to be able to lay down and have the View but I want to keep the bugs out just like at home.PLEASE BUILD ME ONE

Hey Patrick! Ya know, thank goodness for retirees! They seem to have the best ideas. I love how the countertop slides out to expose the cook top. Smart. Dig the shower area. Plus everything is really styled nice. Looks fantastic. And you can carry some cargo and watch movies on your movie screen! Yep, thought of everything. ❤️💜💚

The multiple usage of the floor plan is totally spot on!! You can tell by the quality of the van build that his clients must have been pleased with his work before he retired! I especially liked cutting the corner to let the driver's seat swivel and having cabinets along both sides but having one set shorter/shallower for head room. Neat!

I love this! This is so Jersey! Every other van build has some young, active Kühl-wearing dude from Boulder that had the van set up for extreme rock climbing in Moab. I love this guy, because this van also needs to carry tools so he can check up on his properties.

Love it. I cannot believe more people aren't using these instead of the Sprinters with all that power and a much better dealer network. Also, It is hard to find many people with this bed layout. This is the basic layout I want for mine. I will run flares and we will sleep sideways. I want my beds to but up agains eachother without the gap in the middle. I also want to have mine be a little higher so we have full couches under each bed with room for small cubboards all the way down the tops on each side. I love this layout. Thank you for sharing.

Paul is an incredible builder! His vans are so well thought out and he manages to fit in everything you need while giving you a large living space. This particular van is my favorite and would suit me if he widened the bed to be the full width and put in a toilet with black tank. The only thing missing to complete the package for me is a motorcycle hitch carrier that could hold a 350 lbs bike.

Patrick, The high production values in your videography and editing is appreciated …it really sets your channel apart from those yet to develop a reasonable level of technical skill. So many RV tours/interviews found elsewhere, suffer from poorly illuminated, wind-blown audio, un-stabilized, rapid panning ‘shaky cam’ effect. Content creators expecting to grow their audience and materially benefit from their work, should note the qualitative difference and ‘up their game’. Thanks for setting a good example! 👍

Actually a lot of space and room in that small van. And what a genius way of using it as “work” van by using a “Murphy bed” style to utilize the space. I was though afraid that it wouldn’t have a shower and toilet, but luckily he found a way and space to have that

This van was a fun challenge. We manage to fit everything in somehow. The only thing we could add is a rear cargo box and rear tire carrier with ladder to get on to roof
