This might be an unpopular opinion but it looks like he played it at maybe half tempo then sped the video up. I dunno the hand movements just look unnatural. Maybe it's the combination of low framerate and flashing lights.

When the chorus comes .. Sonce there are so many notes flying around , it might seem chaotic and extremely hard to do but ... If you understamd what he is doing , it isn't that hard .. Unless you are a complete beginner You just havr to slow down the tempo and practice small sections (Don't try to learn all at once / large sections it won't really help you progress) then build gradually increase the tempo until you reach where he is Also try to learn left and right hand seperately at fist and then try to use both (though I think this one is common sense ..) If you plan on learning this then good luck If you mastered this then you can be proud of tge hardwork you've put until now to reach the point where you curently are 👍
