INSANE Bluegill Ice Fishing!! (Monona Bay Madison Wisconsin)

Insane Bluegill Ice Fishing!! (Monona Bay Madison Wisconsin)...Too Fat To Hunt Outdoors spent the day on the ice, fishing for big bluegills and crappies in Madison, Wisconsin. Monona Bay was packed with anglers, who were all trying to pull some sammies through the ice. We found fish in 8-10 feet of water, most being gills. The fish were all chunks, even the short fish were stalky. I found success with small Tungsten fly jigs, and 3mm Frostbite TSeries ice Jigs. Snozeberry and cotton candy were the key colors. Hello Luke , My family's from that area . I'm strait jamming to the music lol Frostbite jigs everyone says is pretty nice . Dang 2nd fish you go to set and bam fell off ya bucket lol Got on a bunch of Gills man great action out there . Those Ice shacks are damn nice . I hear cops like that all day when I fish in DC . Even got a baby bass on a minnow and a nice crappie . Nice to limit out and now for some golden crispy's .

Great video! Plenty of nice fish in that lake! Downside is it's gotten so polluted that there is an advisory against eating the fish from it and the other Madison lakes. I personally wont eat fish from them. The algae blooms get super gross in the summer and they have to close the beaches. They even have a fleet of those little barges that run around and clean up the weeds, algae clumps and nasty crap that accumulates on the edges.
