I've always been less than enthused with bunk house models, but this one is extremely appealing to me. With the price point, relatively light weight, two air conditioners, upgraded suspension AND Azdel this one is an absolute winner for me. I love it!

It’s amazing what eliminating a couple slides will do for the weight of a trailer. Coachmen did a nice job on this one. What can be really bad on Coachmen (Lite) trailers is the accessibility of the furnace. On this unit you’d have to get past the pipes from the wet bay to pull it. On my Chaparral it’s behind both the wet bay, water pump, and the water heater. It’d be nice if they put an access panel on the outside.

Beautiful 5th Wheel but buyer beware, those big dinning room windows will be looking at your neighbors in a campground. If this floorplan was switched to the other side, it would be much better.

I don’t care for the carpet in the Master Bedroom and it looks like it would be a pain to vacuum. Otherwise looks like a good family weekend getaway RV.

The electric fireplace, aren’t those susceptible to breakage and shock being a glass front? Nice simple weekend or week long family RV. Nothing but the basics.

I've got last year's model of that, love it! Paid 41 and change, so it hasn't got up that much. Don't have the road armor, I'm assuming that protects the underside of the unit if you get a blowout? Always enjoy your videos.

It's a pretty nice unit. Like I mentioned before on another video I have a 2022 Ram 2500 diesel with 2100 payload. I am thinking I may have purchased the wrong truck to pull this type of RV's. I would appreciate your feedback.

With the length of this rig, should you just not tow it with a 3/4 ton truck at all? Or does that matter in a 5th wheel as much as it does in a TT?

So where is the azdel on these units? Long story short, I’ve had to cut in to my inside back wall to replace some sections of wall on my 2020 chaparral lite that has had a leak since day 1 (dealer and manufacturer wouldn’t claim any responsibility or acknowledge that it was actually leaking). I’ve got the azdel sticker on mine too and the back wall is all luan only.

Why the recommendation of 3 to 4k on payload to tow this? Manufacturer claims a pin weight of 1400? I've got a Cummins 3/4 ton with payload just over 2200. Being mindful of what I load when towing, why would that not be considered safe?

That's 1400 empty. Put 1000 lbs of cargo in now your close to 1800. A bunk house so say 4 people 2 adults 2 kids 500 lbs. Minimum. 5th hitch 100 lbs. Now you are over at 2400 lbs. With nothing else in the truck. This is why he recommends something with a larger payload. But it all depends on what else you have in your truck.
