3 hours of sleep a day 5 days a week was me every day in high school. You feel awful 24/7, do odd things, don't think straight, are abnormally thirsty, stop looking the same and more. I can't stand how society finds it acceptable to force people to go without sleep.
@Ruggedystim7 ай бұрын
Who forced you not to sleep?
@JPF_3117 ай бұрын
Me too. I did that all thru college. Hard major/minor, 2 jobs during year, 3 in summer. People glorify not sleeping. After getting another degree in clinical medicine, sleep is when the ‘gunk’ in the brain is cleared out, diverted to excretory system & eliminated.
@Ballinhard80197 ай бұрын
@@Ruggedystim family, the school system. No one cared if I was up until 5am and teachers would yell at me for not being able to keep my eyes open. When I got home parents would keep waking me up I'd only get an hour or two nap then not able to fall back asleep till just before it was time to get back up for school

Well there is a small difference, Adderall is made in a factory and given to people as a medicine so its always gonna be the same purity. Amphetamine or speed as its called often (NOT methamphetamine that is something different) is not made in a factory but by your local walter white and is a bit of gamble how strong it is gonna be. Adderal is more effective for the militairy i think since they want the inusrance of knowing what their taking. Speed is cheaper tho it can be made in a couple hours in someone's bathroom in a bucket by someone who knows what their doing requiring just 3 ingredients. (Just to be sure my friend studies chemistry officer there is no reason to kick my door down)

41:58 Sounds like a couple of coyotes. They try to avoid humans as much as possible. If you find yourself face to face with one (especially at night), make a shitload of noise and don't come near any of their pups (even though they're super cute). Make a lot of noise and throw a stick at the adult in the family. They'll usually just move along because they really don't care. But their screaming does sound absolutely terrifying. They're usually just communicating with the rest of their family or other coyotes in the area. Not even as a threat. Some people actually keep them as pets. They're super sweet. Extremely expensive to get the rights to do it legally. Credit: They teach us this in elementary school in Missouri.

I was three days awake when we started up new radio stations, so we did these several times, but at the end of the 3th day when you touched your bed, you crashed literally. And slept 24h. To do this, you must see that you are physical top, or you don't get the third day. And drink a lot of liquids and eat good. These were events that you had to keep up to read out measurements and modify if necessary.
