I'm a Nurse 25years and most Dr's do not believe in Chiropractors and said it's just wasting your money,I've had so much tension and pain in my neck and jaw,and couldn't move from pain😢😢😢,injections and meds just helped a little while,so i decided to go to a Chiropractor,she was amazing,she adjusted my neck and it really cracked like in the videos and the instant release of years of pain and suffering i started to laugh 😅😅😅and i couldn't stop,i can really relate to him laughing like that,it's just something you cannot describe to anybody,after years of suffering I'm 80% better❤❤❤❤

Treatments last varies per patient. Yes, regular adjustments are important to maintain alignment. Average patient is 3 to 4 adjustments a year
