Even though that wasn't your best stop motion film, it was still the most entertaining and fun stop motion film you have made yet! Malcom and you must've of really worked hard on all of that! Okay aside from this being hilarious, creative, and an excellent idea, the animation is AMAZING. I don't animate much, but I've made a few stop-motions (in the school talent show with them twice!) and I know just how much time everything takes. I made a few animations that were 5-15 seconds long, and the shortest one took at least 5 minutes to make, and that was with about 6 fps. The longest stop-motion I made was about a minute or two, and it took HOURS (and a backache) to make. I can only imagine the patience and precision needed here. You are both astounding.

I agree with Andy. Everyone in my family pours cereal first then adds milk. Milk is an accompaniment to the cereal. In my opinion if cereal is an accompaniment to milk (pouring milk first) then why not use a glass in stead of a bowl.

I nearly had a genuine heart attack at the beginning. For a moment I barely could breathe, reading those HORID messages!....My heart actually skipped a beat, it was terrifying, it was... Exactly what's the point of putting in Cereal if majority of it is floating above the milk. If you stir the Cereal into the milk after what was the point of putting the Cereal on top or are they just eating dry cereal and drinking the milk for flavor I don't get it. I thought the whole point of milk and cereal was to coat the cereal in milk.

Oh yeah? Pouring cereal first then milk will cause the cereal to fall over the edge of the bowl. Milk first then cereal prevents this.

I used to do cereal first... now I do milk first. Have for some time. If you pour cereal then milk, the milk lifts the cereal to the top, possibly over the top. Pouring milk in first, I usually only fill 1/2 to 3/4 of the bowl, then pour the cereal in, about a cup at a time. I usually end up eating more cereal this way, as the milk seems to last longer. But my cereal is NEVER soggy!! [Cue the maniacal laughter] But hey, to each their own. The only person you have to worry about making happy, is you. 😊👍 seriously though, Andy, this video was just amazing. I've always been in awe of the folks that do stop-motion. It looks so cool when it's done! Love the content, looking forward to more entertaining videos!

Either way, you’re not wrong. Because if you *ever* pour cereal first then milk, later you have left over milk in your bowl, maybe you end up wanting more and you get more *you’re literally pouring cereal on to the milk* . Then you use your spoon and sink the cereal down.

In EVERY cereal commercial, they put the cereal in the bowl first, and then cover it with milk. If that's how the company who made it says to do it, then that's how its meant to be. (even with rice milk)

I know this isn't the point of your comment but in commercials they often actually use Elmer's glue for the milk so that the cereal looks pretty and stays on top and doesn't get soggy while filming. Obviously the shots where they pour the milk is actually milk but the glamor shots after where the cereal looks so nice use glue!
