I recently faced a Valiant in Silver 3. I am a cavalier… I’ve wasted so many elder’s marks to face people with decks far greater than mine and I feel so annoyed that there’s nothing I can really do except hope to go against someone my level.

Same it’s sad that my favorite game mode is completely unplayable unless you’re max leveled even at lowest levels. Feels like a chore getting objectives done with it like this

I’m glad you’re one of the only KZbin content creators being vocal and speaking out on this then at that no one is talking about the bug where you hold block and your Campion just stands there as if you aren’t doing so

thank you vega for speaking on this, it seems no other content creators recognize or acknowledge this tomfoolery, bgs has been a joke this season. I can only hope this works itself out as kabam thinks it will, otherwise i dont see myself pushing bgs until im way further into the story.

I completely agree. My deck is pimarily r4s with 1 7* r3, and 4 6* r5s, and I’m facing off against rosters with 6 7* r3s in Platinum 2. I can’t progress any further and lose all my matches.

IMO the 7* shards we got and the Titan shards we got they should be there every bg season because whats the point in playing a mode that doesn't reward even C1 players lol C1 gets 10k Titan shards and 15k 7* shards does kabam really think thats good enough rewards to get C1? Because i believe getting to plat 1 for the 15k 7* shards and 10k Titan shards for getting in to the GC are definitely worth playing the mode but thats my opinion alot of others feel the same way

Vega I'm currently in URU let me tell you it was a struggle Vega. Couldn't agree with you more. I hope Kabam notices this, because it is unfair man. I kept bumping against whale accounts, legends and those who weren't legends they had major skills 😂

I pulled Sable from a titan Nexus… yes the Nexus was that bad. I wish you and DLL could do her rebalance. 🙏 She has a very simple and fun kit, she could be so great with some tweaks

I mean if ur roster isn’t developed enough to play bgs, go finish up story event, much better use of time and actually good rewards for the progression level. Lower rosters trying to get the seven star shards and Titan shards when they could never get there normally in other seasons anyways just complaining now cause there’s extra rewards

Completely disagree, I got to GC in day 3, I have a very developed roster, but my son, he's new, he came into the game 4 or 5 seasons ago.. he joined the game because of battle grounds, battle grounds has attracted new people like my son.. each season he has got to platinum 1 and even diamond once before being out rostered which I personally deem fair, and I explained to him it's how it works. He's developed his roster using bg rewards.. he's cavalier and got to 6.3 with a good roster of R5 5 stars... This season is a joke for him, used so much energy and elder marks and he's still in silver facing valiants. The funny thing is, even with his roster valiants are still banning his top champs, which is pretty pathetic and embarrassing considering any one of their champs would steam roll his top champs.. but hey ho, the compensation was useless for him and it's put him off

@@JohnnyEssex well that’s the thing, if he progresses in story mode he can build his roster much easier. Look at all the new accounts mcoc KZbinrs do they always just push straight for act8 completion which makes their account much stronger

You’re not saying “give him easy match ups”, you’re saying comp his experience a bit since he wasn’t supposed to fight these accounts to begin with, and help him not hate the mode.

@@Vega583 exactly, no one on my son's level from what I've read, is moaning at all or even mentioning the 7 star shards at all, he just wants it back to how it was prior and to stop facing paragons and valiants.. @Dab_east That's not for you to dictate to other people, "do this before doing bgs", it's his game, his experience and that's how he wants to play, and that's play bgs at a some what equal playing field, and have some fairness up to a certain point is completely valid to complain about.. Like I said, bgs has attracted a different kind of player base and we need to respect that and it's our duty as higher level players to aide the newer gen of players..

Matchmaking is random because everyone is playing for the same rewards. Lower tier players fighting amongst themselves to get into GC isn’t fair for the valiants with developed rosters

First, whatever you're doing to protect yourself from Silver Sable please tell Sim . 100% agree on the BG comp, great for my account but the seeding bug along with the matchmaking changes are making this season dreadful for a lot of smaller ones. Speaking of comp I feel like the Raids comp was underwhelming to say the least. Many players either used resources including units(which stinks so close to the summer sales) to power through despite the bugs or didn't beat Modok and missed out on rewards. Quietly dropping the comp in the middle of the summer sale week while also sending out promo codes the same day seemed intentional to minimize reactions. Fully covering the entry for one cycle of Raids should've been the absolute minimum comp imo.

vt has been a slog. Normally I hit the objectives and stop, eventually entering the gc by the end of the month. The compensation/deathless piece has motivated me to play more than usual. I am losing a lot, but the practice is making me better and I am two fights away from gc with 2 weeks left.

IMO the compensation should have been way down in the milestones or BG tiers. having it at D1 and V1 meant basically only those who get into GC get that "compensation" - so it wasnt really one.

I would go with Wolf. I personally R3ed White Tiger ahead of Jugg. Not that Jugg is not worthy but to be honest, R2 Jugg kills everything in 30 sec. Does he need to be R3 right now and shorten the fight by maybe 3 or 4 seconds?

Mad respect for you toning your roster down even if for a little bit. I just hit paragon 2 weeks ago, and my roster still has a long way to go. and I've been fighting some heavy 4m+ rosters on my grind to gold that I cannot even hope to beat. And it's not just the level gap, there's honestly a skill gap there. They know matchups for champions that I'm still trying to find out what they do

Congrats. In comparison, White Tiger is not the very best of mystic but she is very very good. Her damage is right up there with the best. And man, is she fun to play. I have zero regrets from ranking her up. You are going to love her.

@@Vega583 Yes. To be a defender, she needs her sig. As an attacker, she has all the juice and is ready to go. She is just a blast to play. Also, having a special ready most of the time is a great utility. You can use a special to get yourself out of a jam. One of the better Serpent counters.

Vega, the compensation rungs for BGs should have been 7.5k 7* at plat 5 and the other half at diamond 5 cause the trek to Diamond 💎 1 is not easy. Not to mention the BGs oops with all of our S19 starting point has made the climb to diamond 5 was quite long keep in mind I have 20 7* most at R1 only have 1 R2 and the majority of my deck is R4 Ascended 6*s mixed with my R1 7*. As for the Titan portion of the BGs compensation 5k at diamond 1 and the other 5k at vibrainium 3. Just my thoughts on this scuffed but improved medal 🏅 per victory BGs season. I also don't spend so seeing the outrageous rosters to the point it wouldn't matter which 3 I ban cause I'll get steamrolled so I have started to bow out when I see decks of Ascended R5s and multiple R2 and 3 or more R3 7*.
