the problem is that while the magic candy did make her stronger, devsis still kept the outdated parts of her kit (such as the damage limitation to 300,000), which gimps her damage so so much. additionally, with the amount of healing, shielding, and damage res in the arena meta atm, she needs more than an additional multiplier to her final hit dmg if she wants to compete with the current meta dps.

The problem with her Arrow Mark damage not doing much is because of the damage cap (300,000). It was needed back then, because Cookies HP pools weren't very high. But now they're super high and 300,000 is nothing and Cookies do triple that anyways. Although, the damage from the arrows itself is surprisingly good. She's another AoE DPS option while also surviving. But there's nothing really anything special about her (excluding Immunity). Shame we won't get to have the satisfaction with the Arrow Mark damage anymore.

ir used to be capped when the target has 12x arrows on them and depending on the amount she'll do more than 300,000 damage sadly it's capped at 300k now before jt used to do so much

i think for her to work, someone needs do reduce the healing like 15 or 20%, she does a lot of damage, but there is too much healing and protection from mystic flour and the others that she can't handle. i think in the future dark cacao is going to do something like this

consuming darkness already gives healing reduction but yeah i agree with you there's too much healing and protection so far pumpkin pie gives the highest healing reduction but she's irrelevant now.. i think healing reduction and buff dispel should be more prioritized since meta nowadays are too much and the powercreep is insane

yknow.. reduce healing is part of the devour darkness debuff. if any dark cookie become's meta she's immediately getting buffed by proxy in more ways then one

Immunity meta is countering her HARD. Once it’s gone though her and some other debuff cookie will make a huge comeback

If anyone's planning to use creme brulee + carrow PLEASE dont bother doing it, better off using solo brulee/carrow than having 2 dps where 1 of them can die easily in the process. But if you insist, then make sure brulee gets the financier protection and carrow is durable for most of the time.

I suggest testing Carrow with Cloud Hatae because they can actually disable debuff immunity with their skill attack which enables Carrow to apply her marks and the darkness debuff ( which buffs her too ) . I've also tested Carrow with the new beastcuit with dmg res bypass and she completely shreds any team without debuff immunity. I dont have Mystic Flour tho so I can't test Cloud too well .

Ive actually figured out that a lot of the time you wont need mystic flour cookie, as blueberry pie can sorta cancel her out with her laser beam. You will needa hold out till she does finally use her laser. I have won a few battles with just snap or Parfait Cookie. Perhaps you could use blueberry pie with caramel arrow cookie.

Caramel's damage seems to be easily offset by the fact that anything with defensive buffs and good healing can counteract it; her burst damage being capped combined with her lack of penetration shows in the long run. o.o

I would say that they didn't put the right effects. They should've put some DMG Resist Bypass, because in this current meta there are A LOT of Buff, a lot of DMG Resist Bypass, ecc...

PLS CHECK THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY!!! Cloud haetae's skill has something that disables debuff immunity to the enemy while in haetae form for 6 secs which was added this update. It might be helpful for caramel arrow to be meta or something so please check it out if you see this.

use full swift on parfait haetae can run full almond also, replace pearl with brulee hes way better the treasures should be robes/jellywatch(whichever is higher level)/scroll(either one works fine!) if that doesnt work then you can swap haetae for another dps brulee should be using full rasp with atk spd substats beascuit stats to go for! haetae - dmg resist, cooldown financier - dmg resist, cooldown brulee - atk spd stormbringer - dmg resist bypass, electric dmg parfait - cooldown if you end up needing black pearl, use full swift
