I whaled on XY the first patch and hearing you explain his sequences made me calculate his actual dmg multipliers. For comparison Jinshi at S6 has a 3906,7% nuke. So at S5 his first hit of his Liberation will deal 2932,12%, which already seems not too far off from Jinshi, but we still have the lower multiplier law of reigns 3 times... all those tiny little numbers... ...add up to 2557,9%... PER FREAKING HIT. You were not wrong. XY with sequences is truly truly busted. Also, great vid, also also, please stop triggering my autism by saying 'flat atk' instead of 'base atk'. 🤯🤯🤯

Got him at s6r5 with max talents. My max initial ult hit is 🥁 🥁 1.150m As for jenhsi, i got something around 1.3m But with yaos skill attacks after his initial ult, it easily surprises jenhsi BY A MILE

If you guys don’t have verina occupied for another team you guys should try Yao, Verina & Shore: (hyper carry) I would say on the same level as yao, changli and shore

You can also use lingering tunes set that's way easier to proc than void and only has about 5% less dmg than void-thundering

Either one works, but I assume most people already have a good electro echo set so grinding a whole new set can be rough 😅

The big reason is even tho both have a "roaming" ult, XY's burst at the beginning is better. Plus every Resonance Chain he has directly effects his DPS where as Calcharo's has a few energy regen bonuses. Especially when paired with his sig there's no competition. I don't have a comparison video, but I've watched a few others and the difference is massive.

Unless you have s2 yinlin, isn't s6 sanhua comparable or even better overall for xiangli yao in terms of overall clear speed (less damage per screenshot but more dps)? From what I've seen, sanhua in general does better than yinlin s0 because of faster rotatations, unless I'm missing something.

You'd get faster rotations sure, but you're missing out on the passive damage from Yinlin on top of the Resonance Liberation and Electro increase on her outro skill. Sanhua is decent for F2P. Even then Yuanwu and Yangyang would be comparable, but Yinlin is the best option overall even if she's at S0 👍

Ngl lingering tunes better echo set overall, around a 80k dmg diff and a shorter rotation

Everything I've seen and tested shows the damage is negligible (~1% difference depending on setup). Plus, if you're someone who's hot-swapping between him and your sub-dps Lingering Tunes is useless since you have to be on the field for 6 seconds. Not saying it's a bad option, but claiming there's that much of a difference vs. Void Thunder is just wrong.

Using two 4 costs is so smart I didn’t event though about it… and I’m playing since day 1 🥲🥲 It’s such a good idea, I get frustrated really quick with the echo rolls and two 4 cost makes it less frustrating cause the two crit. main stats are guaranteed 😩
