@Ahmedbohamad
@Ahmedbohamad 9 жыл бұрын
bigTHOR77 Try elevated pushups, beginner planche pushup where your elbows are locked to your waist, handstand pushups, burpees, weighted squats, and a lot of breakdance footwork, and never forget about pull ups and chin ups with multiple variations. There is also a great workout M-100 and stretch a lot with bridge stretches and splits and regular stretches Always warm up Good luck pal. Look up breakdance tutorials and exercise routines they might help.

What kind of training does it take to be able to get that kind of flexibility and range of motion that these players are able to pull off? Is this achievable only through gymnastics and /or a combination of yoga? I am 23 and reasonably flexible and have a strong desire to be able to do such tricks. Anyone got advice or tips for me please?
@CalvinKrause
@CalvinKrause 9 жыл бұрын
theonly1nr1 Gymnastics is a good choice. You'll gain strength, flexibility, balance.. However, as a gymnasts you have to pay attention to body posture (straight legs, pointed toes, stick your landings, arms up etc), this is unimportant in tricking. Also, a large trampoline is a good investment because you learn flips a lot quicker if you practise them on a trampoline! Yoga will help you a lot with flexibility and strength for handstands and such but it won't be much help with flips.. If you're really interested in martial arts tricking (with all the kicks and stuff) and not tumbling, taekwondo practise would also be really helpful.
@THEBOSs2197864
@THEBOSs2197864 9 жыл бұрын
theonly1nr1 If you want to learn tumbling take tumbling classes, if you want to trick you can either get lucky and find a place where they teach it in your area or teach yourself like many trickers have (like myself). The flexibility and range of motion comes from just practicing tricks, I never did any gymnastics or yoga and I barely stretched ever and now I'm able to do the splits. But these two links might be very helpful if you want to start learning tricking: acrobolix.com/how-to-start-tricking/ anthonymychal.com/2012/10/how-to-start-tricking/
