I conclude why Celtics lost: 1. Smart was not hot hande but they gave him for several critical last second shots 2. Embiid was seemingly traveling at 07:21...I doubt if that 2pts should count or not. 3. Harden was clever not to pass often as Celtics already defending 100% well...He was right by his final 3pt.

9:04 First mistake by the Celtics: Joe Mazzulla should've called a timeout and talk about it. 9:11 Marcus Smart and Jayson Tatum were still at half court with seven seconds left. Should've just attacked to the basket. 9:16 Tatum should've taken the shot with 1.7 seconds to go. Instead, he kicked it out to Smart for a three where you actually only need a two and force the 76ers to launch the ball the length of the court and they have no timeouts. 9:18 Smart's fingertips were still on the ball as time expired. No basket. Game over. Sixers win.

with all due respect to boston coach mazulla, his use of robert williams is absolutely bewildering. he put horford on embiid to start the game, which led to jaylen brown's compensating and two quick fouls and worse that embiid got comfortable and horford horrible shooting. hardly used williams at all at critical junctures of the game despite his effectiveness, especially the end, although i give tremendous credit to horford that he was able to do what he did given the ridiculous size difference. they could have won this game early by using robert williams more, unless there's something we don't know given his past health issues. mazulla's decisions should not be beyond reproach just because he did a great job the rest of the season...
