Insane HIGH RISK Endgame PVP Battle in Skull and Bones

I think a lot of people are complaining about the teleport system. Did angers a lot of people it makes the game unfair. That people can get to you quicker. I think if you use a Teleport system once there should be a cool-down system before you can use it again. I don't allow teleporting in PvP matches.

Yeah you shouldn't be able to fast travel during pvp battles like you can't for smuggling.

Yeah I had no one chasing or joined then next minute some one jumps out a place and starts attacking me you shouldn’t be able to quick travel close to the chest and you should have a small cool down when you join or come out of a fast travel point

I think the whole system should be rethought, I've already gotten some Legendary Treasure Maps and the system is the same there. Many people simply wait at the place where they think you want to go. But it can also be used very well to confuse people as many people only teleport once and then drive towards you. When you then drive to the right post, they are often too far from their original outpost and are no longer able to teleport. But you also have to say that Burkle shows well how buggy the whole system is. Normally you had to survive in this green area for 20 seconds and then be pulled into the outpost. But this only works every 6/10 times, often the green area simply disappears as you can see in the video and you count as no longer in the fight even though he was still shot. But he wasn't in the circle for less than 20 seconds so he basically never should have entered the outpost. In addition, this crate event is simply too hard for attackers. As an attacker, you have to board the opponent so that you can take the box from him. In most cases it won't drop after you kill him, even if you kill him so many times that he has to respawn. I've already tested all of this, but you as the attacker drop the box after you've been destroyed so that other attackers can get it and the original owner can easily get it back. Whatever you saw in the video, Burkle was able to simply loot the box and then escaped to the island. xD

Someone did do a reddit post the other day and a ubi dev responded, stating they're going to take it up with other devs. So hopefully it's going to be fixed soon

This is why i love this game, i have had so many ridiculously awesome moments in pvp simular to this. I do think they should just give you one teleport as soon as you enter that you can use during the duration of the fight, either at the start or strategic at the end

That was really fun to watch. I felt the tension when you opened up the logbook and it showed all the other Players swarming you. I think there’s a timer counting down to auto-disembark when you reach the outpost and you claimed your chest back as soon as the timer ended.

On the good news of things, a ubi dev responded on the official subreddit for the game after someone complained about the teleport system in pvp. They stated they're going to take it up with the team, so hopefully it will be disabled shortly. Why it wasn't acknowledged from the getgo is baffling

Utter INSANITY!!! If people join to engage you in your Helm wager... it should forfiet their option to fast travel. Just as if you are doing a smugglers run. Then... it would at least be a fair engagement and a race against time. If they can just port to ANY outpost... especially the one you NEED to get to... that's brutal.

I had two brigs consistently attacking me. From beggining to the end. They could barely scratch my snow self heal/tank/close range build, didnt even require a heal pack. 20-30% health is just god mode.

Just had my first 2 on 1 doing this just now for 1200, managed to sink one guy, and just ran like a *****, dodging and weaving.... enlisted a few npc rogues and other factions (making the chasers hit them, lol). Even more nerve wracking was the first one I did after the patch, NPC's spawned over and over next to me.

Brother, if you're going to do runs like this just use the snow. As a snow you will literally tank everything in enemy player can throw at you. Plus the stamina on the snow last like five times longer than Brigantine.

@BurkeBlack I do reiterate that, for Helm Wager and Legendary Hunt, there should be no way for players to teleport; they should be required to sail to the location. Also when attackers respawn, they should do so at least 500m from the combat area (or the outpost you submit items). Right now the ability to corral people with impunity, is absurd.

I like using the snow and black prince hull. Your a bit slower but basically unkillable against another person regardless of there loadout. Against 2 people you can manage but 3 or more is tricky

Exactly same thing happened exept all of them were enemy team, also debuff now introduced, i had to fake my directions to make them teleport wrong way few times)) few notes, if someone steals your stuff and turn it in, your loot at the same spot you've been destroyed, also make sure to check who is currently on server, if you see way to many high lvls, i don't suggest the risk unless you got friends to back you up

I'm unsure how to find this. If you do it with just a few coins then no one will come because the effort isn't worth it. I've only taken part in such a hunt once so far and it was for 500 coins. Most people don't dare to take more anyway and rightly so, the higher the winnings, the more players will come. Then there is often the problem that everything about this “event” is buggy. The event is called Double or Nothing, which means you risk losing the coins but get twice as many when you turn in. From what I saw in the video, he already had that many coins? In any case, I had it that they weren't doubled at the end. Because I lost it at first, then got it back at the end and somehow I counted as the attacker who stole it and so I only got the coins but not the double coins. In addition, in order to get the coins, an attacker has to board you so that he can loot the box from you. Sometimes it falls into the water when you kill the bearer, but in most cases that simply doesn't happen and it can only be picked up by the original owner when he goes there to loot his tombstone. Last but not least, there is the bug that Black even showed in his video. Actually, you always have to survive within this green circle for 20 seconds and then you will be teleported to the place at the end. But there is a problem that happens all the time and also occurs with the Legendary Treasure Map. Sometimes you won't be teleported to the outpost after 20 seconds but the green circle will simply disappear. In this case the game simply says you have left the fight and can enter the outpost like it was in the video, but that shouldn't happen since he never left the fight. But he wasn't in the outpost for less than 20 seconds. So you can only say that he was really lucky that he was able to secure his coins. ^^

Try the advanced repair kits 40 second cool-down for 50% health, armour ship, bread or legendary creature for best stamina repair and you might have a chance. The current meta is either save coins and swap to a new server with no kingpins or don’t do wagers

The system is bad, i did the same and got jumped by 4 people. I would sink them one by one and they just respawned around me. Did manage to win in the end as i had better armor and just kept sinking them untill i got to the end point.

People saying this was crazy but the dude literally just docked his ship while taking damage at around 30% health remaining with 3-4 other ships around him..not much of a challenge lol. Not to mention you didn't really attempt to fight back most of the time and got free respawns directly next to the fight when you died lol. I have a lot of hours in this game but I stopped playing once reaching Kingpin 10+ cause this is the cringe endgame pvp that we got, just chasing each other around teleporting and trying to dock somewhere, where it bugs most of the time anyway and people just get free wins like this, yikes. hope they do something to make the game more interesting and fun cause I do enjoy the game at times while fried.

Im glad some people are enjoying this game, but for me, just isnt it. From the AAAA title bullshit, to pvp issues. The game is a mess unless you were a fan from the beginning. Glad captain is enjoying, we knew he would, but for me, a 70$ AAAA title, ill definitely pass on.
