For me, if you both draw, the decider can´t be the "best" of both 192 because many people differ of what the "best" is. So the winner should be the seconds best. For example, if AA9 second is 191 and Nepz is 190, then the winner is AA9.

Do amount of leagues and nations if the drafts are equal. Say you got 2 leagues and 7 diff nations you get 9 and Nep gets 3 leagues and 7 diff nations then Nep gets 10 and wins. I haven’t seen Neps video though
