Any reason you don't use CardShellz sleeves? I've been ordering from them recently and I notice in a lot of videos you talking about cutting your sleeves. Shellz already have notched corners, and I haven't had any issues with caught corners with them yet. A little more expensive, but for someone like you that opens thousands of cards, I feel like the cost justifies the time you save.
