Insane, I've never ridden a bike in the rain like that, but I can only imagine how much skill it takes to race that fast on those conditions.

Everything has to be done more easily. Easy on and off the brakes and easy on the gas with less lean angle as well. Teaches you braking and throttle control but with a lot less tolerance for error.

I'm absolutely terrified of riding in the rain. I've had my license for over ten years and I never push my bike when it is raining, and then these guys are giving hell on the track, picking up their bikes and keeping on fearlessly. Pure awesomeness! But the best part was the end, true sportsmanship.

What a great race to get to watch live on-site!! Hanging on to that bike thru the whole slide, that was awesome. Watching the junior group haul ass around the track in the rain was great! I hated seeing all the wrecks but it was a great day! No serious injuries.

Try watching BSB British Super Bike championship! Best series in the world for me. Most exciting by far. Followed motogp for years but BSB just has it all. Drama packed racing in every class. If you've never watched you have to give it a blast.

I started riding minibike at 10, then 350 Honda and a few bigger bikes, then my ninja 1000, motorcycles are my love. Wet grass is worse than ice. Great racing. Thank you from oldman biker.

MotoAmerica's focus is on getting the best US riders racing MotoGP ..via Moto2 ..which they've recently done with Joe Roberts, Cameron Beaubier and now, just signed Sean Dillon Kelly to a two year ride in Moto2 for 2022..

How crazy is that going that fast amazing even though the two battling both go down and still finish one and two most exciting finish of the year. And in the 1000 s s,race danny eslick looked like a podium then he went down but managed to salvage 6th good job getting back on the bike to finish danny.

I honestly can't believe how these racers look like movie characters, the way they just bounce off the pavement somehow and get back up so quickly. A normal person would crash at 120mph in the rain and they would probably be in the hospital for 3 days.

I am shocked they even race in the rain (I thought to myself when I watched a Formula 1 race one time) however I am beside myself that they would race motorcycles in the rain. Pretty awesome 👍👍👍

I know right? Like, this makes no sense at all haha. A motorcycle only has a 1" wide contact patch on the tire. Letting them ride at full speed makes no sense, but it's awesome to watch! But really, they should be forced to have "rain bikes" which are half the displacement, or half the horsepower.

That thumbnail picture reminds me of Troy Bayliss, race 1 at Silverstone 2002. It was pouring rain all day, he was fighting for the lead, crashed out, got back on the bike and fought back, crashed again and held on to the bike like that to keep the engine running, got back on it again and still finished 5th. Awesome race.
