It always feel more real when Shauno is in the lead!. There is a dynamic he creates that is just calm enough to be exciting, but not the over the top nature that is easy fall into. He doesn't towel anything up old Shauno. There is less word soup whist Shauno is driving lead, he drives his own vehicle instead of commenting to the drive from everyone else's rigs... And he has an actual 4WD ACTION VEHICLE set for some serious action! , as opposed to a road car that spins 4 wheels. The Dirty 30 and his other wagon is built really well with lockers, lifts, quality suspension, and tyre selection. Cheers Shauno! You make it fun for me. I enjoy all the episodes, but those are Fun! I'm a fan of the D-Max for a weekend play car that can pull a family with some camping gear on holly's, and service the needs during the week... It's just not locked, lifted, upgraded output and ready to rumble as a full 4WD Action worked and rumbling Australia vehicle. Second to Shauno's rigs, in my favourites list, is the Spartan and his Bazerka Bazooka Blaster , it's another committed off road vehicle. That blasts through it!. I'm saying these ideas as just that, ideas ... I love the show, and I keep up to date with it!. Especially whist having my treatments in hospital. This show sometimes reminds me of (pre spinal trauma) adventures that the 3 of us would get into. I'm looking forward to any thoughts or my suguestions from both 4WD ACTION memberd, and others who enjoy the content, love the show, and want to see it improve!. KINDEST REGUARDS AND BEST WISHES!.

Yes I agree but the one pro is that the 4WD Action crew show peeps how to deal with those worse case scenarios out on the road/track/no wheres from help with busted gear. They are also road testing trailers with tow vehicles to see what doesn't work and for sales irk course. Punters want to know what works out in Oz. Of course they are driven by revenue so they keep the magazines/dvds/their own passion for 4x4 going. Yep as soon as I hear DMax/Isuzu/traction control for the second time the volume is muted for hearing control as I know we will hear it for at least a hundred friggen times ....

They hit this track to the pools at the right time cause when ever I go there it's a 2wd track. The best thing to do is where the track turns to the left about 20 minutes in, take a right!! It says no access and further in has a gate blocking a track threw a creek but go right!! And then right again, around the locked gate, it all opens up there is Forrest no more!! It opens into open plains and it's a bit mushy, and you'll see feral pigs and Deer and Dingos everything up in the actual real Barrington Tops!! No access parts that the national parks rangers keep the keys to for themselves and their family only!!

The truck's y'all use are a little smaller than what I"m used to for going through the mud, but it's great to see how much fun y'all have. Of course, I have no real experience with hills/rocks because I don't live in an area with either really, so it may be better to have a smaller truck for those types of terrain. Either way, watching how much fun you're having makes your videos very entertaining to watch. Keep up the good work. And if you can get some larger tires with more aggressive mud treads, give them a try... :-)

I agree moving fallen trees is a great idea, I thought Chainsaws were illegal to carry in National Parks, which is why i never clear fallen trees in NP. Grahame said rangers like the idea am I wrong?
@SomervilleMetalWorks6 жыл бұрын
Technically it is but its more about the use of chainsaw in NP for firewood collection rather than Track clearing. I cases like VIC where you pass through state and NP its a bit rich to enforce a law. We carried one through all of tassie and never had an issue we never used it but if we had to clear a tree itd been handy

Good show guys! I thought I seen a set of Cooper ST MAXX on one of the rigs. How do they perform and last? I havent found much on line about them. Most of my driving is on the pavement but we do get wicket winters here on the east coast of Canada. When your wading snow up to your bumper to get to work its nice to have a good tire. Might stick to the Cooper AT3 though. Keep up the good work!
