I never even thought about using the Tri-Link in Branded. The ED seems even tighter now, tho. I assume Dragoon and Dragostapelia are cut for the Bucephalus and Brigrand.

dragoon maybe, stapelia not yet imo. its a solid card with a decent enough body to stay over bystials and is a great target for quem + mirrorjade shenanigans

@@orga7777im currently testing taking out rindbrumm but i think brigrand may also be uneeded. you would do these lines if you got interrupted, or had a bricky hand but drew nadir since you only need brigrand to summon albaz, I think using titaniklad is just as good and saves a slot. I think branded opening is a good albion target now because you can set it and summon quem now as interruption in a sense

I been using a 50 card mash up of your list with my own added changes. Using nadir servant and I've been loving it! Very interested in the maximus lines. Only thing im worried about with using him is the extra deck is already super tight, and im worried dumping more out the extra deck will leave me on empty

So I started using nadir instead of crossout and basically i play the deck ending on a huge board without resolving branded fusion. It’s so nutty and my opponents are just baffled when they have to hold their ash in hand and see it all unfold.

What do you think of running Incredible Ecclesia? I ran it pre DABL as a way to bait out negates or a way to fusion going second and not use a normal summon. Saw a couple lists adding it recently made me realize that Lulu and Quem synergies very well with it. My testing shows finds it to be a Rindbrumm alternative to bringing out Albaz out on opponents turn.

for the second combo if you switch Albion and Titaniklad you get an extra cartesia on your endboard

I play a similar line but pitch Garura for the free draw ane banish it for the Maximus, most of the time i have a way into Cartesia without needing to run a Brigrand

Very interesting tech, i like it. I always hesitate between playing Nadir Servant as a backup for ash or just go with Crossout Designator. Ik CD is overall better but i just really like the potential behind Nadir. Are you planning on using Nadir and Maximus in a competitive setting ? Could be dangerous with mirror matches, but if you do i would love to see a deck profile that includes this tech

In the second combo, Can you recover the cartesia during the End Phase, then the next turn, Ditch it with lubellion as chain 1 and as chain 2 revive it with Quem? (so u dont waste the second card)

Just to repeat: DO NOT RUN THIS COMBO VS THE MIRROR - ON END PHASE EFFECTS OF OPPONENT HAPPEN AFTER TURN PLAYER. In the mirror (as the opponent), you send Titaniklad + Albion/Sprind, EP Titaniklad summons Albaz, eff albaz fuse cartesia off for Albion, albion banish titaniklad for Mirrorjade, albion in GY search branded fusion or branded in red, then optionally banish the albaz on field with mirrorjade to stop branded in red fusing into albaz cards. You will most likely not have crossout or called by to counter this as turn player unless Nadir is your only line that turn (assuming branded fusion would have been interacted with it), your only hope are bystials. You basically commit assisted suicide by doing this line, your opponent went +2, you only get the cartesia back to hand, which you would get back anyways If you are in the mirror, you just are better off using nadir for adding albaz and sending albion/titaniklad to get whatever.

​@@galzo I know you mentioned 2x, I still have found it nessessary to stress that you should never ever pull off this combo game 1 if you do not know what your opponent is playing. The moment you find out in game 1 what your opponent sends it is too late. Maximus sends happen Turn player first, Opponent second (your opponent does not have to reveal his sends until you have decided yours) Non-branded decks except Labrynth or decks that dont care about gimmick lock will of course not be an issue with this combo, but I honestly would keep Maximus as a side deck only card.

You can also use 1 Nadir to get Winda Lock, Quem and Cartesia. You Nadir send Apkallone, add Maximus, Apka adds Schism and discards it. Maximus summons by banishing Apka, Maximus sends Titaniklad and Shaddoll Construct, Construct adds back Schism, set Schism, End Phase Titaniklad summon Quem, Quem dump Cartesia, opp. Main Phase Schism to banish Construct and Titaniklad for Winda.

It does seem a little awkward to play that blind - kashtira is probably still going to be running prosperity fodder extra decks which will be able to draw card and the like from sending cards from the extra deck, the mirror is a problem as you said, punishment target extras will like it, and a bunch of other decks get some benefit from having monsters of their choosing in the gy, but might still be worth it to make nadir more then mirrorjade pass.

Be careful the part of the effect of Maximus that special summon himself IS an activated effect, and thus can be negated. Banishing from the GY is the cost of the effect

The downside to this combo is you need to play the baby albaz fusions, which means you need to give up like 5 extra deck slots, this combo is good no doubts though

On paper it is good, but it is bad agaist 2 of what I think are the Top 5 decks. It is down right unbearable against the mirror, and it also just plusses Labrynth. Not sure if it is viable for a long tournament.

@@CtrlAltDerez its the rules of yugioh. You cant summon things that weren't properly summoned. Ritual,xyz,synchro,link any of the summoning mechanics the monsters cannot be summoned unless properly summon via the mechanic. There is exceptions to the rule of course. If a card states (summon ignoring summoning conditions) then you summon it without properly summoning the monster however once it dies it cannot be summoned from grave because it wasn't properly summoned. The same thing happens when you send any of those types of monsters to the graveyard WITHOUT summoning it first properly then it cannot be summoned. Now if a card says (special summon from the extra deck and then says this counts a:synchro,link,xyz or fusion summon whatever respective monster it is then when it dies you can summon it because it was "summoned properly". Then some cards state they have to be summoned a specfic way and cant be summoned any other way.

I wanna see the skill with the deck, branded loses all its identity to be reduced to Mirrorjade and Gimmick Puppet.dek, it’s a shame really

Not to be a hater. I think this combo takes up too much set up and cards to be played in the extra deck. Inherity the combo can be stopped by a 2nd ash, imper on grangunoil or ash on that it. Your 2 card combo will be the better option going forward playing GPN that way you deck count doesn't change and no extra cards are needed
